EWS Satellite Loggers
EWS satellite loggers are compact, battery-operated devices with built-in satellite connectivity certified by the Iridium Satellite Network.
Iridium's 66 cross-linked Low Earth Orbit satellites relay measurements from the loggers to a ground station that is connected to the internet.
GeoCloud Services retrieve the measurements and update dedicated project websites to show current project status, alarm status, graphs, and reports.

Satellite Logger Advantages
Compact & Self-Powered: EWS loggers are compact and self-powered. They can operate for extended periods on their rechargeable batteries. Clip-on solar panels are available for some versions.
Broad Compatibility: EWS loggers obtain measurements via SDI 12, Modbus 485, 4-20mA, and Pulse. A vibrating wire version is also available.
Satellite Connectivity: Loggers transmit measurements directly to the Iridium satellites, eliminating the need for logger networks, gateways, and cellular connections.
Simple Setups: EWS loggers are matched to sensor types, eliminating complex wiring and programming. Settings can be entered locally via a bluetooth phone app. Two-way communications allow remote configuration changes.
Alarm Detection: Alarm threshold values can be set on any input. Some EWS loggers include a relay that can activate pumps or warning devices when alarms are detected.
Designed for Harsh Environments: EWS loggers are rated IP67 or better for water resistance and operate in temperatures from -20 to +60 °C.

EWS Switch
The EWS Switch is a compact logger ideal for retrofits and remote sites. It supports Modbus 485, SDI 12, and 4-20mA sensors and a 12V relay contact.

EWS EMT Logger
The EMT logger offers the same sensor compatibility as the Switch, but supports ls higher power sensor types and higher transmission rates.

EWS Vibrating Wire Logger
The Vibrating Wire Logger monitors piezometers, load cells, strain gauges, crackmeters, displacement sensors. Available in 2, 4, and 8 sensor versions.

Well Cap Enclosure
The well cap encloses a Switch logger and battery pack and provides a hanger for a vented water level transducer.

EWS Tiltmeter Logger
The tiltmeter logger has a built-in three-axis MEMS tiltmeter and can be deployed horizontally or vertically.
